ACCOUNTING/ INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

The system was developed using client/server architecture. Database is located on MS SQL server. Client interface was developed using MS Visual C++ and MFC. Client/Server communication uses ODBC.

In accordance with client's requirements we developed a bilingual interface specifically tailored to client's business needs. System's architecture and interface, allow user to check real time status and movements of goods between several warehouses and stores.

System supports remote access to database and supports real time transactions. Developed software manages all ordering and dispatching of goods to clients. This was a complex task considering the size of the database (several thousand items). The system also handles logistic management, marketing data and integration of all accounting data.

Stored procedures and triggers are extensively used to provide access to data, reducing the load on client/server transactions.

Total size of project's source code in C++ is 3100 KB.
